We got tired of replacing cheap gear.

PAWMOA started in a one-bedroom apartment in [Long Beach] with a rescue pit mix named [Mochi] and a leash that snapped on day three.

Built by people who live with animals.

In [2024] we adopted [Mochi]. Within a month we had spent $180 on gear that fell apart: a leash that frayed at the clip, a bed that flattened in two weeks, a harness that rubbed her shoulders raw.

So we started calling factories ourselves. We visited three in person, tested 40 samples with a rotating cast of foster dogs, and threw out 31 of them. PAWMOA is the nine that survived.

Today we ship from [California] to pet parents across the U.S. and Canada. We are still small enough that the person answering your email has met your dog’s product in person.

Three rules we do not bend

• Materials. Non-toxic dyes, OEKO-TEX fabrics, food-grade ceramic. Full material lists on every product page.
• Testing. Every SKU spends 90 days with staff pets and foster families before it launches.
• Service. Refunds are approved in one reply, no photo evidence required.
