Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are packed and handed to our carrier the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Estimates are business days from shipment, not from the order date. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated window, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $49.
- Standard shipping: $6.90 flat rate.
- Express shipping: $18.00 flat rate.
Tracking
Every parcel ships with a tracked service. Track your order from the link in your shipping confirmation email, or from My Account → Orders. First scans can take 24–72 hours to appear.
Customs, duties and taxes
Shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied once the parcel reaches the United States. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
