Products and pet safety

No pet product is indestructible. Supervise your pet when introducing a new toy, chew item, bed or accessory. Remove and replace anything that becomes torn, cracked or has loose parts. You are responsible for choosing products appropriate to your pet’s size, chewing habits and health.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or mispriced, if we suspect fraud, or if the order violates these Terms. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax or duties unless stated at checkout.

Shipping, returns and risk of loss

See our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which are part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, except where the law provides otherwise.

Intellectual property and user content

All content on the Site is owned by us or licensed to us. If you submit a review or photo you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our products and marketing.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in our Returns Policy, products and the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law
