Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within one business day. Standard delivery to the contiguous U.S. takes 7–12 business days, Express takes 5–7, and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada take 10–18.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $49. Under that, standard shipping is a flat $6.90.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is scanned. It is also under My Account → Orders.

Returns

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery. Unused items in original packaging get a full refund. For orders under $40 we usually refund without asking you to ship anything back.

My dog destroyed it. Can I still return it?

If it failed under normal use within one year, yes — that is covered by our chew-through guarantee.

Products

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page has a size guide. When in doubt, size up for puppies and thick-coated dogs. Email us your dog’s weight, chest girth and neck measurement and we will tell you which size to order.

Are your materials pet-safe?

We use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics, food-grade ceramic and non-toxic dyes. Material lists are on every product page.
